Yes. Every listing is a job located in Canada, including on-site, hybrid and work-from-home roles for Canadian employers.

Your contact details are only shared with employers you apply to or who unlock your profile. You can update or delete your profile any time from your account.

Yes. Creating a profile, searching, applying and taking AI interviews never cost anything. Only optional extras like premium resume design, professional video creation or document verification are paid.

Type your city in the search, then pick a distance: 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 km. We show jobs in nearby towns sorted from closest to farthest.

Go to My jobs, Applied. You'll see each application's status (Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected, Hired or Not selected), the last update and any interview details the employer has scheduled.

Every status change is emailed to you automatically and shown in My jobs, so you always know where you stand.

Employers send a short role-based interview. You answer by voice or text on your phone, the AI scores the answers fairly, and employers see candidates ranked by fit.

Yes. Employers can mark jobs open to newcomers with a valid Canadian work permit, and student, co-op and first jobs are highlighted in gold.

Yes. Tap the bookmark on any job. Saved jobs appear under My jobs, Saved.

Create a free employer account, choose a package (a free starter package is included), then fill in the job form. Your job goes live as soon as you publish it.

Each package has a number of job posts and a validity period. Plans & credits shows every package you bought, with posts left and whether it is active, used up or expired. We email you before a package expires.

Yes. Post & manage jobs has Current jobs and Past jobs tabs, so you can review expired or closed postings and their applicants any time.

Open Applicants on any job to see candidates ranked by fit. Move them through New, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected, Hired or Rejected, schedule interviews, add private notes and follow-up reminders.

Yes. Per job you can auto-shortlist strong matches, auto-decline weak matches and move candidates to Interview when they score well in the AI interview.

Yes. Tick 'This is an LMIA advertisement' in the job form to fill every Job Bank field: NOC, wage, hours, benefits, duties and how to apply.

Yes. An invoice is created and emailed automatically for every purchase, and you can print or save it any time from Invoices in your account.

Packages are paid securely through PayPal in Canadian dollars, using a PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card.

Yes. Enter a promo code at checkout to get a discount or free job posts when one is offered.

Institutions sign up free as College / university, post internships, co-op roles and campus placement drives, and employers across Canada see them with a gold Students & youth highlight.

Yes. Career and placement offices can post drives and internships free of charge.
