Full job description
Directs and is accountable for the work of subordinates in the warehouse and shipping department Managing warehouse and transportation personnel
Complying with safety rules and DOT standards
Responsible for maintaining inventory in accordance with financial requirements and objectives
Manage and monitor wages for drivers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and all Wuxi departmental workers, including current and potential shipping carriers and couriers.
Responsible for the appropriate processing of arriving goods at the receiving docks, as well as the stocking and handling of components.
Responsible for the creation of all documentation and coordination of all actions needed to package and ship materials and goods essential to meet client specifications.
Responsible for establishing, executing, and monitoring departmental and individual objectives and performance measures.

Qualifications
- Understanding planning, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse management systems
- Managing daily shipping and delivery routes and timetables
- Monitoring the movement of shipments
- Knowledge of all warehouse operations
- Reviewing inventory requirements and maintaining sufficient stock
